Returns and Refunds
Every piece we make is hand fabricated and it takes hours of work and commitment, materials and labor. To avoid any unpleasant experiences communication is VERY important! Please, ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing! We want you to be confident when purchasing your piece of jewelry and we believe you will be satisfied with your order!
However, if for any reason you decide that the jewelry you received is not right for you, please feel free to send it back to us for a refund (not including shipping) within 10 days of receiving the order. Here the steps you need to take and additional information regarding your return:
- Send us an email (info@antoanetta.com) with request for return authorization and reason for return within 10 days of receiving the piece.
- We do NOT accept returns on Moissanite jewelry!
- All original packaging and paperwork is required for returns or exchanges. Otherwise, no refund will be issued!
- The jewelry has to be unworn and in perfect condition.
- Shipping will not be refunded for returns nor exchanges. Shipping costs (including insurance) are the responsibility of the buyer for any returns, exchanges, or services.
Jewelry (not altered)
Return: 0% restocking fee.
Repair:
- We will resize your ring one time, without a service fee. Resize requests must be made within 6 months of order delivery. A resizing fee will apply, if the request is made outside this time frame.
- We offer 1 year warranty for ANTOANETTA jewelry. We will service your jewelry (prong repair, small stone replacement, repolish, rhodium) for free for up to 1 year of your purchase date. Some exclusions apply!
- The buyer is responsible for shipping to and from our studio.
Exchanges: We have 10% restocking fee on all jewelry.
Jewelry (altered including resized)
Return: 40% restocking fee.
Repair: Original repair policy applies.
Exchanges: No exchanges.
Bespoke Jewelry
Return: No returns.
Repair: Original repair policy applies.
Exchanges: No exchanges.
