At Antoanetta, every piece is individually hand-fabricated with intention and time. We want your purchase to feel as considered as our craftsmanship. Returns
Return Request Window
Please contact info@antoanetta.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Return Authorization & Ship-By Deadline
Once your return is approved and a return label or RMA is issued, the package must receive a carrier acceptance scan within 7 calendar days. Return labels expire after this deadline, and RMAs will be automatically closed if the item is not shipped on time.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including all original packaging, documentation, and accompanying materials. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Inspection & Refund Processing
Upon physical receipt of the returned item at our facility, all returns undergo a formal inspection process to verify condition and eligibility. This inspection may take up to 5 business days from the date the item is delivered to us.
Once the item has been received and successfully passes inspection, the merchandise price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Who pays for the return label?

Orders that shipped free (outbound): We provide a prepaid return label (where carrier coverage is available).

Orders where you paid outbound shipping: You are responsible for return shipping and insurance. We can provide a label at cost upon request, or you may use your own insured service.
Note: Prepaid labels are available only in select countries/regions. Where unavailable, customers return via their own insured carrier.
Return exclusions (Final Sale)

Moissanite jewelry (no returns).

Customized/bespoke pieces (special orders, engravings, non-standard stones or dimensions).

Altered items (including rings resized after delivery).

Damage from wear/accidents/chemicals or unauthorized repairs.
Exchanges
To keep timelines clear, exchanges are processed as a return + new order (no restocking fees). If you prefer a direct exchange, contact us to confirm feasibility and timing.
Resize Policy

One complimentary resize within 6 months of delivery (when structurally feasible).

After 6 months—or for sizes outside the feasible range—we’ll quote a resize fee.

Shipping both ways for resizing is the buyer’s responsibility.
1-Year Limited Service/Warranty
For 12 months from purchase, we address manufacturing defects and provide standard service at no charge (e.g., prong tightening/repair, small accent-stone replacement due to manufacturing defect, repolish, one rhodium replating for white gold).
Exclusions: normal wear, loss/theft, bent settings from impact, stones lost due to damage/wear, chemical exposure, unauthorized repairs. Buyer covers shipping to/from our studio.
